ICSEPA (International Cruise Ship Entertainment Professional Association) is the only international association that represents all things connected to entertainment and associated with cruise ships. ICSEPA began as a way for Industry Professionals to communicate during this time the industry was growing at such a rapid pace there was little time for detailed research.
